It is always good to send the XRCO 1 DVD copy of ALL of your releases upon release.

Fortunately, just about every company already sends screeners to us directly. Do you?

SCREENER FAQ:

IF IT IS AFTER DEC 31st AND BEFORE FEBRUARY 1st: This is the period when XRCO Members finalize their suggestions for nominations for the previous year. Hopefully, they have already had the chance to see most of "The Good Stuff" that came out that year. Check out the list of members - if there are any XRCO Voting Members listed whom you feel may not have seen "Your Good Stuff" - you need to send an E-Mail to us requesting that we send out a mass E-Mail to all members. This E-Mail we send will include your E-Mail Address and a notice that, if the members who have not seen your material would like to get a last-minute review copy of titles you consider Nom-Worthy, they can E-Mail you immediately and you will then send out copies to them at their request.

NOTE: LET US DO OUR JOB. When you send in screeners don't pick and choose what to send us too much. Remember: you make 'em; we review 'em - which means that we, as reviewers, carefully look through everything sent in for noms-worthy quality...and we often find things that you may have missed or not thought worthy. For this reason it is suggested that you send in everything and let us do the work for you!

NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL YEAR'S END TO SEND IN YOUR SUBMISSIONS ALL AT ONCE! If you send them in gradually over the year as they are released, they will get a lot more attention than having to be viewed last-minute as a group.

WHY DON'T WE LIST E-MAILS AND ADDRESSES IN THE MEMBERS PAGE? You should be able to understand that there are many reviewers who simply do not want to give out their real name and address - that is why it is not listed with their information in the Members Section.

NOTE: ELIGIBLE RELEASES ARE FOR RELEASES DURING THE ENTIRE YEAR - FROM JAN 1-DEC 31.
