PRESS INFORMATION:



Remember, this is a private industry event. Press is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.


RED CARPET: This occurs outside the main doors and is open to all press. Red carpet begins around 7:00 p.m.


INSIDE: Only pre-approved credentialed press is allowed inside beyond the red carpet. There is a Press Room set up for press.

Photos and video may only be taken in the Press Room by those with pre-approved access or, during the Awards Show, in the area set up for press by the stage.
Also, no video can be shot during the actual awards show w/o prior approval. The show begins around 9:00 p.m.

Photography and Videography in any other part of the club is NOT encouraged; the guests do not want to be bothered by press unless in designated areas.



NOTE TO ALL PRESS: THIS IS IMPORTANT!

IN EXCHANGE FOR ALLOWING PRESS ACCESS TO THIS PRIVATE EVENT, WE REQUEST THAT ALL PRESS PROVIDE THE XRCO WITH A HIGH RES COPY
- WITH NO WATERMARKS OF ANY KIND - OF ALL PHOTOS AND VIDEO TAKEN AT THE EVENT - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE - & LINKS TO WHERE IT WAS USED.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS IS SO WE CAN USE SAID MEDIA AS NEEDED FOR THE XRCO WEB SITE AND PUBLICITY.

NATURALLY, ANY MEDIA USED BY THE XRCO WILL CREDIT THE CREATOR ACCORDINGLY AND YOU RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO YOUR WORK.

WE FURTHER REQUEST THAT THIS MEDIA BE IN OUR HANDS NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF THE SHOW.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE XRCO WITH THIS MEDIA WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC AND PERMANENT BAN FROM ATTENDING FUTURE XRCO EVENTS.
